Customers’ perception of Proton Finishing – and how we are taking the next step

At the end of 2025, we conducted our latest customer survey for Proton Finishing. The purpose was simple but important: to understand what is working well today, what could be improved – and to track how the customer experience is developing over time.

The results send a clear message.

A strong overall rating – and a clear improvement

We are incredibly pleased that our customers are very satisfied overall. Compared to previous surveys, we see a clear improvement, with both NKI and NPS increasing significantly. This shows that the changes and investments made in recent years are actually noticeable – and

Area for development

As in many similar surveys, price is the area that receives a slightly lower rating. This is not unexpected, but it is still important to take seriously. For us, it is a matter of continuing to be even clearer about how we create value – and how quality, delivery reliability, and expertise are linked to pricing.

More ambassadors

A particularly positive sign is the trend in willingness to recommend. In this year’s survey, we see a clear shift towards more ambassadors and fewer critics compared to previous years. This confirms that the overall experience is improving – not just in individual areas, but in the collaboration as a whole.

What happens now?

The result is not an end point – but a starting point. The data is now being used to:

continue to strengthen what already works well
prioritize improvements where customer benefit is prioritize improvements where customer benefit is greatest
and develop our working methods with even greater clarity, structure, and dialogue
